Blood Donation : MOHA Union Minister attends ceremony in NPT

In honor of the upcoming 62ndMyanmar Police Force Day on October 1, a collective blood donation organized by the Ministry of Home Affairs took place simultaneously on September 17 at the 1,000-bed General Hospital and the No. 2 Tatmadaw Hospital (1,000-bed) in Zabuthiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw.

Union Minister for Home Affairs Lieutenant General Nyunt Win Swe, Union Minister for Health Professor Dr. Thet Khaing Win, and officials inspected the donation sites, offered words of encouragement, and presented nutritional food and tonic supplements to the blood donors.

Afterwards, Union Minister Lieutenant General Nyunt Win Swe presented cash donations, which were accepted by the officials, who in turn issued certificates of honor. A total of 286 members from the Myanmar Police Force participated in this collective blood donation event.
