Conducting Field Inspection : MGY Region CM conducted field inspection in Minhla

Magway Region Chief Minister U Tin Ko Ko, accompanied by Region Hluttaw Speaker Dr. Maung Maung Htay, region government ministers, and region-level departmental officials, visited Minhla Township in Thayet District on the morning of October 3 to conduct a field inspection of local development projects.

First, the Region Chief Minister and officials inspected and encouraged medical personnel including professors and specialist doctors from Magway Teaching Hospital providing free medical treatments to local residents in Minhla Township, providing necessary support where required.

Next, at the meeting hall of the Minhla Township General Administration Department, the Chief Minister met with members of the Agricultural Yield Enhancement Supervisory Committees for Thayet, Aunglan, and Minbu Districts, members of the Township Agricultural Enhancement Committee, cotton ginning and processing business owners, and local cotton farmers.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister discussed and provided necessary instructions regarding cotton cultivation in Minhla Township, addressing the reports submitted by responsible officials.

Afterward, the Chief Minister and party inspected the growth conditions of a 3-acre model cotton plantation owned by farmer U Aung Myint near Pantawpyin  Village in Minhla Township. They then inspected road expansion works on the Minbu (Kywe Thoe Myaung )–Minhla Road in Minbu District, as well as the progress of the new Pait Thin  Solar Water Pumping Project in Minbu (Sagu) Township.
