Special Appeal Tribunal : Special civil & criminal appeal cases passed and heard

A special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court judges U Thaung Naing, U Win Myint, Daw Soe Khat Khat and Daw Thin Thin Cho passed judgments on four special civil appeal cases at Office No. 1 of the Zeyathiri District Court, Pobbathiri Township in Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 Am on September 28.  In addition, they also heard one civil special appeal case and three criminal appeal cases, it’s learnt.
