Smart Education : China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week

Myanmar delegation led by Deputy Minister for Education Dr. Zaw Myint attended the opening ceremony of 2026 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province, People’s Republic of China on Wednesday.

With the theme “Empowering a Shared Future Through Smart Education, the event saw the active participation of Education Ministers from China and ASEAN, deputy ministers and high-ranking officials. In his opening speech, the Deputy Minister underscored the emergence of advanced learning opportunities for youths through China-ASEAN Digital Education Community.

After inaugurated the China-ASEAN Smart Education Quality Enhancement Program, the Deputy Minister participated in China-ASEAN Education Minister Meeting. Moreover, the Myanmar delegation joined the discussion entitled “Integrated Development of Industry and Education in the Era of Digital and Artificial Intelligence”.
