On the final day of the Youth and Literary Fine Arts Exhibition, Chairman of the Leading Committee for Organizing the event, Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn and Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs Jeng Phang Naw Taung visited various booths, showcasing Myanmar's rich cultural heritage and developmental initiatives.
The Union Ministers explored the "Hla Pa Thayar Pyay Myanmar" booth, admiring artistic photos depicting traditional customs and natural landscapes. They also toured ministry booths, observing displays of ongoing activities. The Union Ministers supported student youths participating in games and quiz programs.
During the exhibition, the Myanma Radio and Television (MRTV) booth initiated a program to benefit schools for the blind, allowing visitors to donate voice recordings as they read books in the studio. Visitors could also experience news anchoring and enjoy photo shoots.
In celebration of the successful completion of the exhibition, artists from MRTV, along with national races dance troupes, students, youths, and visitors, staged a collective dance. The three-day event, featuring 62 booths from 15 ministries, aimed to enhance youths' intelligibility and critical thinking, promote literature and fine arts, and instill patriotic spirit.
The festival encouraged a deeper understanding of the nation's independence struggle and colonial-era hardships, fostering appreciation for peace, stability, and the nation's development. The exhibition, held from December 20th to 22nd, provided a valuable platform for youth to engage with literature, fine arts, and the developmental efforts of various ministries.
