Performance Enhancement Course : NPT Council Chairman delivered the opening address

The opening ceremony of the Performance Enhancement Course No. (2/2026) for Ward or Village-Tract Administrators in the Union Territory, Nay Pyi Taw, was held Monday afternoon at the Zabuthiri Hall of the Nay Pyi Taw Council Office.

The ceremony was attended by Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Kan Myint Than, who delivered the opening address. First, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, delivered the opening address. He stated that the government is systematically conducting such training courses in order to strengthen the most fundamental administrative system and to enable the smooth execution of public service duties.

He emphasized that ward/village-tract administrators need to strive to leave a milestone in their respective areas of service, and that they must leave behind an administrative legacy worthy of public recognition. He also urged the ward/village-tract administrators attending the opening ceremony to become exemplary good administrators and role models for future generations, and to serve as pioneers and guides. The Chairman then warmly greeted and spoke with the ward/village-tract administrators it’s reported.
