Inspections in Yangon: Dy Commander-in-Chief inspects stations

Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) General Kyaw Swar Lin visited the training school in Taikkyi Station on the morning of October 5. First, delivering his speech to instructor officers, servicemen, and trainees, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief stated that national development can only be achieved when there are peace and stability in the country.

Therefore, the Tatmadaw is undertaking security operations to ensure peace and stability. He highlighted that military science and defense equipment are constantly evolving and must be continuously studied, emphasizing the need to practically apply them on the battlefield. He also stressed that the duty of national defense is a mandatory obligation for every citizen.

Afterward, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief joined the trainees for lunch at the training school’s dining hall and cordially greeted them. Next, he inspected the trainees' dormitories, dining halls, and kitchens at training schools in Taikkyi Station and Intagaw Station to ensure systematic management.

He coordinated and fulfilled the necessary requirements based on reports presented by officials. He then inspected and encouraged the People's Military Service trainees as they underwent their lessons and training. Following this, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief arrived at the Defence Services Science and Martial Arts Academy in Intagaw Station.

He inspected the trainees' dormitories, dining halls, and sports halls, observed the training sessions for various courses inside the gymnasium, and coordinated necessary actions with responsible officials. The Deputy Commander-in-Chief then visited the local Tatmadaw Youth Education School (Ye Mon), where he observed and encouraged students attending Grade-10, Grade-11, and Grade-12 classes.

He presented supplies and monetary awards to the students and teachers. It is reported that he subsequently inspected the training school's dining hall and kitchen, providing necessary guidance to responsible officials.
