Instructor Training: Central level Instructor Training Course opened

The opening ceremony of central level Instructor Training Course on Basic Education Middle School Grade-8 new curriculum was held at Basic Education High School (14), Zabuthiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw on May 2 with the attendance of Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman Dr. Maung Maung Naing, deputy minister for education U Zaw Win, members of Nay Pyi Taw and officials concerned.

First, in his opening remarks, the Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council said that he was delighted to see all the teachers attended the central level Instructor Training Course on Basic Education Middle School Grade-8 new curriculum.

The education personnel who are serving for the country are acknowledged in honor. In the implementation of the new education system, it is hoped that the opening of such courses will enhance the capacity of teachers and will greatly help to improve the education of students.

Next, the deputy minister for education U Zaw Win gave a remark. After the ceremony, the council chairman and deputy minister cordially greeted the teachers attended the ceremony and inspected the teaching and learning of the subjects in the new Grade-8 Curriculum.

The new Grade-8 Central Basic Instructor Training Course will be conducted for 3 days from 2nd to 4th May, 2022. English, Mathematics, Geography, History, Science subjects and Ethics and Civics plus Physical subjects will be taught by the trainers, and a total of 565 trainees from regions / states are attending the training.
