Kayah State Chief Minister U Sein Oo, accompanied by state government members and officials, conducted an inspection of reconstruction projects for buildings damaged by terrorist insurgents, as well as the construction of.

The Chief Minister first arrived at the District General Administration Department (GAD) Complex in Daw-U Khu Ward and inspected the repairs being made to the three-story building and the assembly hall, both of which had sustained damage due to the insurgent attacks.

On the inspection, the responsible officials presented detailed updates on the progress of the renovation works.

Then, the Chief Minister toured the interior and instructed the team to ensure completion within the set timeframe. He emphasized that the Quality Control Team must conduct systematic inspections before the formal handover and directed that departmental office assignments within the complex be finalized as soon as possible.

Following the building inspection, the Chief Minister reviewed the construction of a 1,270-foot-long brick perimeter wall around the District GAD complex and provided necessary guidance to the contractors.

Next, the Chief Minister and party then proceeded to the State Department of Highways to inspect the final stages of construction for the new two-story Reinforced Concrete (RC) office of the Assistant Director (Civil) for Loikaw District.

After officials explained the current status of the finishing works, the Chief Minister stressed the importance of meeting set standards and finishing the project on schedule. He noted that both physical construction and administrative preparations for the office must be completed systematically on time.
