Russia ready to resume trilateral talks with US, Ukraine in mid-November

Russia is ready to resume trilateral talks with the United States and Ukraine in mid-November, focusing on establishing a security system for Russia and Ukraine after the conflict ends, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said on Wednesday.

Russian President Vladimir Putin conveyed Moscow's readiness to U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff during their meeting in St. Petersburg earlier in the day. Ushakov said the possibility of resuming trilateral negotiations was specifically discussed at the meeting.

The two sides also discussed the possibility of implementing large-scale economic projects between Russia and the United States, some of which are approaching the implementation stage, he added.
