Meeting with Hluttaw Observers: Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker met with Hluttaw observers

Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U Khin Yi met representatives of the All Myanmar Theravada Buddhist Association, the Border and Mountainous Regions Sasana Nuggaha Association, the Myanmar Federation of Persons with Disabilities and the Nay Pyi Taw Association of Persons with Disabilities, who came to observe the sixth day of the third regular session of the Third Pyithu Hluttaw, at the Theater Hall of the Hluttaw Building Monday afternoon.

At the meeting, the Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker thanked the visitors for their interest in the Hluttaw proceedings and explained the functions and activities of the Hluttaws. The visitors then asked questions on matters of interest, and the Speaker gave answers and clarifications.

Responsible officials from the respective organizations expressed their thanks to the Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker. Also present were Chairman of the Pyithu Hluttaw Transport, Communications, Digital and Science and Technology Committee Dr. Nanda Hla Myint, Secretary of the Bill Committee U Thein Tun Oo, member of the Committee on Minerals, Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Tin Moe Aung, alias Nay Shine and officials from the Pyithu Hluttaw Office, it’s reported.
