





Youth Forum 2026 was held at the National Theatre in Yangon on Saturday. More than 1,000 young people attended the event, which aims to provide a platform for young people to share ideas and experiences and to promote leadership, creativity and social responsibility.
Chairman of the Myanmar Youth Affairs Central Committee Union Minister for Youth Affairs Dr. Maung Thin said that rapid changes in technology and business are creating both new opportunities and challenges. He encouraged young people to use creativity and innovative ideas to create their own businesses.
Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu also delivered a speech. This was followed by screening of a video clip, highlighting youth development activities for International Youth Day 2026 and discussion session. The forum was organized by the Yangon Region Young Entrepreneurs Association. It gives young people a chance to learn from successful business people, experts and experienced leaders about real-life experiences.
