Visit to Hospital: Dy C-in-C encourages patients in Mingaladon Station

Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services and Commander-in-Chief (Army) General Kyaw Swar Lin, accompanied by senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, the Commander of Yangon Command and other officials visited the 500-bed Defence Services Orthopaedic Hospital in Mingaladon Station on Tuesday to meet and encourage officers and other ranks receiving medical treatment.

Upon arrival, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief and party were welcomed by the hospital commandant and officials. They then met the officers and other ranks who had sustained injuries while performing national defence and security duties and inquired about their health conditions and recovery. 

General Kyaw Swar Lin also gave words of encouragement while presenting nutritional food and cash awards to the patients. The Deputy Commander-in-Chief and party subsequently toured the hospital and gave necessary instructions to the officials concerned.
