President’s Office Notification 9/2026: Formation of Nay Pyi Taw Council

The President’s Office of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued Notification No.9/2026 on 10th April.

According to the State Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Section-285(B), sub-Section-1, the Union Government Law Section-21 and Nay Pyi Taw Council Law Section-3(A), the the Nay Pyi Taw Council was formed with following persons: U KanMyint Than as the Chairman and 6 members: Col. Ye’ Moe, U Min Oo, U KhinMaungLatt, U Win Moe Khaing, U TunTun and U Aung Zeya. It was signed by U Min AungHlaing, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
