Weather Forecast: Cyclonic storm “ARNAB” condition

According to the observations at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, the Cyclonic Storm “ARNAB” weakened after crossing the coast near Ranam, between Bapatla and Visakhapatnam in India’s Andhra Pradesh state.

The storm is expected to move further inland and gradually weaken into a deep depression within the next 24 hours. Squalls with rough seas are likely at times in off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 30 m.p.h.

Wave height will be about 8-10 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts. Due to the influence of the cyclonic storm " ARNAB," near off and along fishing vessels and other ships along the Myanmar coast and in offshore waters are advised to take necessary preparations and avoid.
