A Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for Electricity and Energy U Ko Ko Lwin arrived in Minsk, Belarus, on October 26 to attend the 30th Energy and Ecology Forum.

On October 27, the Union Minister attended the forum's plenary session alongside the Myanmar Ambassador to Belarus and delivered a speech titled "Developing Energy, Developing the Economy."
