Notification No.6/2026 : Formation of Constitutional Tribunal of the Union

President Office issued Notification No.6/2026 on April 10, regarding the formation of Constitutional Tribunal of the Union.

According to Section 320 of the Constitution, Section 9(d) of the Union Government, and Section 3 of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union Law, President U Min Aung Hlaing ordered the formation of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, chaired by U Aung Zaw Thein, along with eight members.
