Special Appeal Tribunal: Special civil & criminal appeal cases passed and heard

A special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court judges U Myo Tint, Daw Khin May Yi, U Win Myint, and Daw Soe Khat Khat passed judgments on six special civil appeal cases at Office No. 1 of the Zeyathiri District Court, Pobbathiri Township in Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 Am on March 23.  In addition, they also heard two criminal special appeal cases and three civil special appeal cases, it’s learnt.
