Education Promotion: Applied Subjects To Be Conducted At The Universities

Plans are underway to conduct Ph.D Courses, Applied subjects, Bachelor Degrees for Law and Economics at the universities under the Ministry of Education.

At a coordination meeting, held at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday, Union Minister Dr Nyunt Pe discussed that the universities and colleges are needed to conduct courses on applied subjects, depending on the needs of the respective regions. He urged to make plan for the needs of faculties, teaching aids, equipment, reference books and other requirements. The meeting later discussed and approved the courses to be opened at the respective universities.
