



On 22nd May, the Young Men’s Buddhist Association (YMBA Central) and the responsible officials from the (YMBA) of Hong Kong made discussion about the propagation of the Buddhism and the spreading of the Mingalar Dhamma Discourses which is acceptable to any race or religion.
Than Win, General Secretary, The Young Men’s Buddhist Association (YMBA Central) said "The president of the Young Men’s Buddhist Association (YMBA) discussed the undertaking process of religion, nationality and education and the tasks which are undertaken by association every year. During discussion, the officials from YMBA (Hong Kong) also discussed the social welfare program such as donation for construction of schools in Myanmar, support teaching aids to students, donate cash for installing solar home system for some needed villages and the supports for the progress of YMBA with collective efforts of other Buddhist associations in Hong Kong."
They also stressed the need to make efforts for the flourishing of Buddhism and to spread the Mingalar Dhamma that benefits for all races. They conducted further discussion on the implementations of the religious and cultural matters, propagation of Buddhism and dissemination of Minglar Dhamma for all under the guidance of YMBA.
There’re about 301 YMBA associations in Myanmar and already organized the associations in foreign countries such as Japan, Hong Kong and the Republic of China.
