Drug Seizures: Heroin seized in Kachin State and Shan State

Illegal drug was seized in Kachin State and Shan State.  In the areas of Bhamo and Muse townships of the states, 2.43 kilograms of heroin were seized.

5 men and 3 women were arrested along with the seizures.  Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
