Vaccines Transport: 16,000 Units of Sinopharm Vaccines to Kengtung

COVID-19 vaccines are being distributed across the country for COVID-19 disease prevention and control.

On Tuesday, a Tatmadaw aircraft transported 16,000 units of Sinopharm vaccines from Yangon to Kengtung Township of eastern Shan State.

Shan State (East) Medical Services Department and Public Health Department Head and other officials accepted the Sinopharm vaccines and the Real-Time RT-PCR Machine donated by TICA (Thailand International Cooperation Agency).

It’s well known that a single ampoule of Sinopharm vaccine can be used for five people each and the needed vaccines for 80,000 people will be allocated in the townships of eastern Shan State and the official will install the Real-Time RT-PCR Machine as quickly as possible.
