A 4.0-magnitude earthquake hit about 13 miles south-southeast of Magway on Monday afternoon, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.
The slight earthquake in Magway Region with a depth of 55 kilometers occurred at about 1:16 p.m. Myanmar Standard Time.
