Covid-19 Report: Ministry Reports No New Covid-19 Cases At 8 A.M. On July 7

Ministry of Health and Sports at 8 a.m. on Tuesday reported no new COVID-19 cases after testing 328 lab specimens as the second batch. COVID-19 cases in Myanmar remain at 316 with 6 deaths. While 245 patients have recovered from the disease, 228 of them have been discharged from the hospitals and put under quarantine.

The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America, Brazil, India, Russian Federation, Peru, Chile, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain and Italy, according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 6:01pm CEST, 6 July 2020, there have been over 11.3 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 532,000 deaths, reported to WHO. Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people and those with underlying medical problems are more likely to develop serious illness.
