UN monitor on NKorean human rights visits Seoul

The U.N. special rapporteur on North Korea’s human rights met with South Korean Unification minister Kwon Young-se in Seoul on Friday. It was Elizabeth Salmón's first visit to South Korea since her appointment last month. The trip that started on Aug. 27 has seen her meet with top South Korean officials, activists and North Korean defectors.
