Sri Lankans hold colourful parade to celebrate Buddhist festival

Thousands of Sri Lankans parade down the street of Colombo in the annual festival to commemorate the appointment of Buddha's two chief disciples. Dressing colourful outfits, rows of dancers, acrobats, torch-bearers, and elephants march down Colombo streets, singing and dancing in one of Sri Lanka's most spectacular festivals.
