Shanghai Science Festival Attracts Global Stars of Tomorrow

As part of the 2022 Shanghai Science Festival, Shanghai International Youth Science and Technology Expo and the "Science and Technology Stars of Tomorrow" global tournament kicked off over the weekend.

This year's competition focuses on zero carbon and environmental protection. The children were asked to help an egg successfully complete its journey.

The contestants need to design and build a device within 3 hours, so that the eggs can use their own kinetic energy and potential energy to go to the finish line in one piece.

This design aims to guide teenagers to integrate environmental protection with daily life. This aims is to attract many young talents to use their innovation for green development.

Founded in 2005, Shanghai International Youth Science and Technology Expo is held every two years. It has been successfully held for eight times.
