Region Hluttaw Session: Bago Region Hluttaw held it’ 5th day of 1st regular session

The fifth day of the first regular session of the third Bago Region Hluttaw was held at 10:00 AM on April 7 at the Bago Region Parliament Office.

During the session, the Speaker of the Region Hluttaw presented to the Region Hluttaw the number of members, the list of members' names, and the names of the Chairperson and Secretary for the Bago Region Hluttaw's Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, and Land Affairs. After seeking the Region Hluttaw’s decision, the Speaker announced its approval.

Subsequently, the Speaker presented to the Hluttaw the number of members, the list of members' names, and the names of the Chairperson and Secretary for the Bago Region Hluttaw's Committee on Urban Development Affairs and Rural Development. After seeking the Hluttaw's decision, the Speaker announced its approval.

Next, the Speaker announced the approval, after seeking the Region Hluttaw's decision, of the list of ministers and ministries of the Bago Region Government, as well as the names of the Region Advocate General and the Region Auditor General, submitted by the elected Chief Minister of Bago Region.

Thereafter, the list of names of elected Hluttaw representatives responsible for ethnic affairs within the Bago Region was submitted to the Region Hluttaw and recorded.

Following that, regarding the list of the Chief Judge of the Region High Court and the list of Region Judges submitted by the elected President of the Union, the Speaker of the Region Hluttaw sought the Region Hluttaw's decision and announced its approval. The Speaker then adjourned the fifth day of the first regular session of the third Bago Region Hluttaw. The sixth day of the first regular session of the third Bago Region Hluttaw will be held at 10:00 AM on April 9, it’s reported.
