Order No.21/2026 : Appointment of the Chief Justices of Region and State High Courts

President Office issued an Order No.21/2026 on April 10, regarding the appointment of the Chief Justices of Region and State High Courts.

According to Section 308(b) Sub-section (4) of the Constitution, Sub-section 19(b) of the Union Government Law, and Section 44 of the Union Judiciary Law, Daw Aye Aye Maw, U Htun Htun Oo, U Nyunt Lin, U Myat San, U Zaw Htoo, Daw Pike Pike Aye, Daw Lwin Lwin Aye Kyaw, Daw Mi Mi Maw, Daw Hla Myint, Daw Htay Myint Aye, Daw Mya Aye, Daw Sandar Thwe, U Than Oo Lwin and Daw Moe Moe Aye were appointed as Chief Justices of Region and State High Courts. The order was signed by President U Min Aung Hlaing.
