Notification No.1/2026: Formation of the Union Government

President Office of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued Notification No.1/2026 on April 10, regarding the formation of the Union Government. According to Section 200 of the Constitution and Section 6(a) and (b) of the Union Government Law, the Union Government was formed with 34 personnel, led by President U Min Aung Hlaing, Vice Presidents U Nyo Saw and Daw Nan Ni Ni Aye, along with 30 Union Ministers, and the Permanent Secretary of the Union Government acted as the Secretary. The order was signed by President U Min Aung Hlaing.
