New Chapter: NDCS Notification No.3/2026

National Defence and Security Council issued Notification No.3/2026 on April 10. It stated that the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, Pyithu Hluttaw and Amyotha Hluttaw have been formed in line with the Constitution of the Union.

These hluttaw sessions have implemented the formation, election and approving for the union level organizations and personnel for legislation, administration and judiciary matters. The union level personnel, approved by the Hluttaw, have took their oath at the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw session on April 10, and thus, the legislation, administration and judiciary power by the National Defence and Security Council were transferred to them in line with Section 427 of the Constitution.

Likewise, the State Security and Peace Commission, the Union Government, the Union level organizations for administration and judiciary matters, region/state governments and self-administered zones and division which have been formed by the National Defence and Security Council were dissolved after swearing-in by the union level personnel approved by the hluttaw. The order was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hliang, Acting President.
