Meeting with Department Officials: Rakhine State CM held meeting with department officials

A meeting between members of the Rakhine State Government and state-level departmental officials was held on the morning of March 31 at the meeting hall of the State Government Office in Sittwe.

The event was attended by Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin, Chief Justice of the State High Court, members of State Government, and heads of state-level departments. The members of State Government and Chief Justice of the State High Court delivered opening remarks.

Afterwards, Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin discussed efforts undertaken to collaboratively develop Rakhine State, including initiatives in education, economy, and social affairs, ensuring their success. He also spoke about the supervision, inspection, and coordination of activities in accordance with the law, as well as the State Government's arrangements to provide rice and food supplies to personnel based on regional conditions to ease their living expenses, and to facilitate the sale of goods at affordable prices.

He expressed gratitude to the state-level departments for their cooperation. In the afternoon, the Chief Minister and members of State Government attended a meeting with staff from the State General Administration Department at the same meeting hall. During the meeting, members of State Government delivered remarks.

The State Chief Minister expressed appreciation for the staff's cooperation in ensuring the success of the State Government's undertakings. Subsequently, the State Chief Minister presented commemorative gifts to the staff of the State General Administration Department.

Afterwards, Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin, accompanied by members of the State Government and departmental officials, visited the Department of Industrial Agriculture to inspect the arrival of agricultural machinery. He coordinated necessary matters with responsible officials, it’s reported.
