Mandalay Bombing: SAC Information Team calls for unity

The Leader of the Information Team of the State Administration Council, Maj-Gen Zaw Min Tun, made a statement addressing the recent bomb explosion in Mandalay.
According to the report, two improvised bombs, planted by PDF terrorists, resulted in injuries to 12 civilians, including 5 children. Maj-Gen Zaw Min Tun emphasized the significance of the New Year Festival, celebrated peacefully by nations worldwide, including Myanmar, Thailand, and Laos. He underscored that the festival is not solely a government affair but a communal celebration involving entire communities.
Despite this, terrorist acts were committed by elements associated with the NUG and PDF during this festive period. He urges the public to unite against such terrorist acts, emphasizing cooperation with security organizations to safeguard the prosperity and well-being of the people. Maj-Gen Zaw Min Tun also pledged swift and effective action against the perpetrators.
