The Largest Oil Production Platform in Asia Finished Offshore Installation

Enping 15-1 central platform, the largest offshore oil production platform in Asia, completed offshore installation in the Basin of Zhujiang River Mouth on Tuesday, marking that the design, construction and installation capacity of China's super large offshore oil and gas production facilities has reached the world's advanced level.

The platform is about 160 meters, with a total weight of more than 30,000 tons. The steel that have been used could make a medium-sized aircraft carrier. In the future, the peak daily oil output of this platform will reach nearly 5,000 tons, which will further improve China's energy capacity. It is currently the heaviest offshore oil production platform with the most equipment in Asia.
