Knowledge Sharing: Introduction of Investment Facilitation Toolkits 2022

A meeting on introduction of Investment Facilitation Toolkits 2022 jointly conducted by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and Nay Pyi Taw Council Investment Committee and knowledge sharing on Myanmar Investment and Companies Law, rules and procedures was held in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.

At the meeting, Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe said that cooperation can be strengthened among related departments and organizations through knowledge exchange and exploring opportunities.

The private entrepreneurs and cooperative societies will understand more rules and procedures of Myanmar Investment Law and Myanmar Companies Law and will cooperate more in related tasks. Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman Dr Maung Maung Naing and Deputy Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations give speeches.

Later a video on DICA Online Solution (DoSo) was shown and officials reported on Investment Facilitation Toolkits 2022, Myanmar Investment Law and investment opportunities in Nay Pyi Taw and Myanmar Companies Law and scrutinizing company's facts in MyCO system.

The meeting was aimed to understand more Myanmar Investment Law, bylaws and procedures for boosting agriculture investments in Union Territory Nay Pyi Taw, to be familiar more the relevant stakeholders with the Myanmar Companies Law and to strengthen more connectivity among organizations.
