Kayah State Hluttaw: Kayah State Hluttaw convened its 2nd Day of 1st session

The second day of the first regular session of the third Kayah State Hluttaw was held starting at 10:00 AM on March 23 at the Hluttaw meeting hall of the State Hluttaw building in Loikaw. The session was attended by the Speaker of the State Hluttaw, elected State Hluttaw representatives, and Tatmadaw State Hluttaw representatives.

During the session, regarding the verification of assembly representatives starting from the first regular session of the third Kayah State Hluttaw, a list of members of the Hluttaw Representatives Verification Committee was submitted to the State Hluttaw. The Deputy Speaker read out and presented to the State Hluttaw regarding the term and duties of the Hluttaw Representatives Verification Committee. 

Subsequently, concerning the submission of the list of members of the Hluttaw Representatives Verification Committee to verify the Hluttaw representatives, the Speaker of the State Hluttaw sought approval from the representatives attending the session and confirmed the committee members.

Next, regarding the appropriate number of members to serve on the Legislation Committee, the list of members, and the names of the committee chairman and secretary, these were submitted to the State Hluttaw. The Deputy Speaker explained to the Hluttaw the term, duties, authority, and rights of the Legislation Committee.

After that, concerning the submission of the appropriate number of members to serve on the Legislation Committee, the list of members, and the names of the committee chairman and secretary, a State Hluttaw representative provided supplementary discussions. The Speaker of the State Hluttaw then sought approval from the representatives attending the session.

The second day of the first regular session of the third Kayah State Hluttaw was then adjourned, and the date and time for the next session will be announced later, It is reported.
