Judicial affairs: Special appeal cases passed and heard

The special appeal court comprising Chief Justice of the Union U Htun Htun Oo and Judges U Khin Maung Gyi, Daw Khin May Yi, U Thaung Naing and U Thein Ko Ko passed five special civil appeal cases at 9:30 a.m. on May 23rd.

In addition, a total of one special civil appeal case and five special criminal appeal cases were heard keeping in line with the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines.
