Inspection tour: MoST Union Minister inspected universities in Taungoo

The Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw and officials inspected the institute of technology, university of computer studies and government technological high school in Taungoo Township, Bago Region on 2nd June.

First, the union minister met with the rector, heads of departments and faculty members of university of computer studies (Taungoo) and gave the necessary instructions.

Next, the union minister inspected the studies of the students in the class rooms, practical rooms and computer lab and the library and gave necessary instructions, viewed the sports activities of the students and the sports wares were handed over.

Then, the union minister visited government technological high school (Taungoo) and institute of technology (Taungoo) and viewed the students studying happily.

During the tour, the union minister inspected class rooms, practical rooms, computer labs, teaching aids, library, workshops, dormitories and staff housing of the universities, met the rectors, principals, heads of departments, faculty members and staff members and coordinated necessaries.
