Indian Defense Minister met with Japanese counterpart in New Delhi

Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh met with Japanese counterpart Shinjirō Koizumi in New Delhi on Thursday.

The two leaders signed a Memorandum of Arrangement on Maritime Security Cooperation and agreed to expand operational ties, technology sharing, and regional stability in the Indo-Pacific. They also coincided to consider cooperating in the shipbuilding field and the reciprocal provision of ship repairs.
