Illegal drug was seized in Bago Region. In Waw Township of the Region, over 390,000 stimulant tablets worth over 590 million Kyats were seized.
A man and a woman were arrested along with the seizure. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
