Drug Seizure: Heroin And Stimulant Tablets Confiscated

Heroin and stimulant tablets worth over 750 million kyats were seized in PyiGyiTagun Township in Mandalay Region, according to Myanmar Police Force.

On 30th May, a combined team of anti-narcotic drug unit confiscated 9.9 kilos of heroin and 3.36 lakhs of stimulant tablets worth over 750 million kyats on board of two vehicles at the warehouse in PyiGyiTagun Township, Mandalay Region together with culprits. According to the interrogation, the seized narcotic drugs are transported to Mandalay region from Shan State.

 Actions have been taken against the culprits and investigations are underway to expose the perpetrators concerning the case.
