COVID-19 Update: 11 new COVID-19 cases reported on May 30

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 11 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Monday after testing 7,029 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 5 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospitals. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 613,326 with 19,434 deaths and 592,276 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Russian Federation, Republic of Korea, Italy.Turkey, Spain and Viet Nam according to the World Health Organization.Globally, as of 5:16 pm CEST, 30th May 2022, there have been over 526 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 6.286 million deaths.
