COVID-19 Fight: Daily Imports of Medical Supplies

For the COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures, Ministry of Commerce is making efforts to ensure people have access to the essential medical supplies including liquid oxygen and oxygen cylinders and arranging continuous importation on public holidays as well.

On the 26th of September, 20 tonnes of liquid oxygen and 88 tonnes of masks were imported via Muse, Myawaddy and Chinshwehaw trading posts. The Ministry of Commerce is coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate the importation of essential medical supplies required for the COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment.
