China drills mark 95th anniversary of its military

China released footage of military drills and training to mark 95 years of its military, the People's Liberation Army. Footage showed the Chinese Navy holding drills at sea in various locations ahead of the anniversary.

The Navy fleets carried out a number of drills in recent days including the use of weapons, coordination between warships and fighter planes, and formation of fleets. The Ministry of Defense held a banquet a day earlier, with China's President Xi Jinping.
