Ayeyawady Region Hluttaw: Region Hluttaw held its 5th day of 1st regular session

The fifth day of the first regular session of the third Ayeyawady Region Hluttaw was held on April 7, at 10:00 AM in the hluttaw meeting hall in Pathein, Ayeyawady Region.

First, regarding the proposal submitted by the appointed Chief Minister of the Region on the list of seven ministers to be assigned to the seven ministries, with no hluttaw representatives raising discussions or objections, the Speaker announced that the hluttaw approved.

Regarding the appointment of the two ethnic affairs ministers by the elected President of the Union to handle ethnic affairs, the Speaker announced that the hluttaw noted the matter.

Regarding the proposal submitted by the appointed Chief Minister of the Region to appoint the Region Advocate General, the Region Auditor General, with no hluttaw representatives raising discussions or objections, the Speaker announced that the hluttaw approved.

Regarding the proposal submitted by the elected President of the Union on the list for the appointment of the Chief Justice and four judges of the Region High Court, with no hluttaw representatives raising discussions or objections, the Speaker announced that the hluttaw approved.

The fifth day of the first regular session of the third Ayeyawady Region Hluttaw was adjourned at 11:30 AM, it’s reported.
