Urda holds funeral mass for victims of Spain's deadly train crash

Hundreds of residents from Urda and the surrounding area took part on Saturday morning in a funeral mass held at the local parish church in memory of the victims of the October 28th Spain train accident, which claimed 69 lives.

The service took place at the San Juan Bautista church in Urda, near the site of the crash. The church was packed to capacity with local residents, mourners, and officials, while many more gathered outside to listen and pay their respects. Francisco Cerro, led the mass and offered words of comfort to the grieving families. He also praised the tireless work of local emergency services and volunteers.
