Bamboo housewares highlight green lifestyle at Canton Fair

Green and low carbon products have emerged as a major highlight at the ongoing Canton Fair in Guangzhou, capital of south China’s Guangdong Province, with 639,000 such products accounting for 26 percent of the exhibits.

Officially known as the 140th China Import and Export Fair, the autumn session of this biannual event runs from Oct 15 to Nov 4, with the five-day second phase focusing on Quality Home Life since Friday. The Phase II features an exhibition area of over 515,000 square meters with over 25,000 booths, drawing more than 10,000 enterprises from around the world.
