Tour in Shan State: MOI Union Minister meets with staff

Union Minister for Information U Htein Lin met with staff from departments under the ministry in Mongpyat on Saturday. He urged all to strive for providing effective media service to the public, selecting regional interested news. He also stressed to reflect people's voice, prioritizing accuracy, correctness and trust.

After the meeting, the Union Minister provided foodstuff and cash rewards for the staff, and toured the library and a museum. In the afternoon, the Union Minister met with the staff under the ministry in Mong Yu and provided foodstuff and cash rewards. He also viewed the chosen site for construction of IPRD Office building. 

In Mong Yawng, the Union Minister visited IPRD Office and instructed to provide public space to learn and study. He also provided foodstuff and cash rewards for the staff. During the visit, MRTV DTH, CANAL+, Sky Net DTH, and Myansat DTH sets were presented for the township administrative Committee and local military station.
