Meeting with Returnees from Malaysia: YGN Region CM met with returnees from Malaysia

The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar places great importance on supporting its citizens and assists Myanmar nationals residing abroad under any circumstances whenever they encounter difficulties. On the morning of October 6, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu and region ministers met with Myanmar returnees from Malaysia at designated locations.

First, Yangon Region Chief Minister and region ministers met with the Myanmar returnees from Malaysia at the Maha Atula Saddhamma Ransi Sasana Beikmandawgyi in Thanlyin Township, Yangon Region, where they offered words of encouragement and provided personal hygiene kits. Following the meeting, they inspected the ongoing operations being carried out for the returnees at the Labour Exchange Office under the Department of Labour in Thanlyin Township.

Similarly, Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu and region ministers met with another group of Myanmar returnees from Malaysia at the Town Hall in Hlaingthaya (West) Township, Insein District, Yangon Region. After offering words of encouragement and distributing personal hygiene kits, they inspected the support services being conducted for the returnees from Malaysia at the Labour Exchange Office of the Department of Labour in Hlaingthaya (West) Township.
