Saudi National Day celebrations in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia celebrated its 96th National Day, commemorating the historic 1932 decree by King Abdulaziz Al Saud that unified the Kingdom under one flag. The Riyadh Municipality designated 15 distinct sites across the city to host interactive public celebrations, featuring community-driven attractions like AI-powered photography exhibits and cultural experiences.

Riyadh hosted spectacular aerial displays starting at 4:00 PM, featuring precision formations by the Royal Saudi Air Force, helicopter formations from the Ministry of National Guard, and Security Aviation flyovers carrying the massive Saudi flag. The Royal Guard also staged a formal guard of honor procession accompanied by a military band.
